Return Policy

Returns must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of your orders original shipment date. Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Autumn & Eve hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color), you must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund and will be denied:

  • Intimates, underwear, socks, tights, earrings, hair accessories, body suits and beauty products
  • Returns received after 30 days of the original shipment date
  • All items marked FINAL SALE
    • Final sale items also cannot be exchanged
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains
  • Shoes without the original box – the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps

Autumn & Eve reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds, and to update this Policy at any time without notice


Return Instructions

Please email us with your order number or confirmation number and the item you wish to return. We will then send you a prepaid printable return label.

Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Your return must be sent (or postmarked) within 30 days of the original shipment date in order to be eligible.

  1. Securely tape the label to the outside of your return package
  2. If your order was delivered in a resealable poly mailer, you can detach the second adhesive strip to create a new closure for the return package
  3. Bring your return package to a U.S. Post Office

Please note: not all packages are delivered in resealable bags due to the quantity of items and/or shipping method selected.

Autumn & Eve is not responsible for any return packages that are lost or damaged.

Return Processing

Once we receive your return package, please allow 14 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and payment amount minus return shipping costs. Depending on your banking institution, it may take a few days to post the funds to your credit card account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Since many of our items sell out quickly, the best way to make an exchange is to place a new order for the item you want. This will ensure that your item is still in stock. Once we receive your return, we will waive the standard shipping charges on the new order, and send you a return confirmation email. The standard shipping will only be waived for exchange orders of the same product.

To make an exchange with free Standard shipping:

  1. Place a new order for the item(s) you want

If you are exchanging an item for a different size in the same style and color, we are happy to match the original price you paid for the exchange.
